We were then presented the opportunity to double our size and revise our concept, which included a full-service, casual family oriented restaurant. With fond memories, we closed Joey's in April of 2003 to make way for the new plaza which is now Catskill Commons. We opened another Joey's Pizza in Ravena, NY in the fall of 1993 and purchased Paul's Pizza in Coxsackie in the spring of 2001. formed in October of 1988, with the opening of our second location, Joey's Pizza in the Jamesway Plaza in Catskill, and has proudly served the community since.Īs our popularity grew within the neighborhood (thank you loyal patrons), so did the Joey's family.
